I am a little confused as to how to register…is there a cocktail party Friday and Saturday? If you have a child that is 4…how do you register them? We are a family of 4, we want to do everything available for Friday and Saturday. Kids want to do everything that we are with the exception of the Friday Cocktail party (if drinks are being served). Please help me navigate this.

There is a cocktail party on Friday night only. There is an extra charge for the party if you decide to partake of the food available. Members who pay to eat will receive an wrist band to identify them at the food station. Children can attend for the food – the hotel provides a heavy hors d’oeuvre setup of fresh macaroni bar, carving station, salad, dessert, and water/tea/coffee. There will be a cash bar in the room for sodas and alcoholic beverages.
All other activities at the convention are part of the membership price and open to guests of all ages, including Vic’s Place karaoke on Friday and the 10 Forward dance party on Saturday. We have activities throughout the weekend that are geared toward our younger fans.
Adult memberships are $80 for the weekend pre-registered. Children 6-12 are $25 for the weekend with a paid adult membership. Children 5 and under are at no charge. Tickets for the food at the Friday party are $25; children 5 and under can share a plate with a paid adult.
